Domestic Shipping

At this time we only do shipping in Indonesia using JNE service. Please refer to www.jne.co.id for domestic rates.

- The shipping cost will be calculated upon checkout based on product weight/dimension category, speed of delivery, and delivery location.

- We do not hold responsibility for the risk of loss of the merchandise after JNE delivers to your address.

- You can trace and track your order at www.jne.co.id with the tracking/RESI number provided by our team, or contact JNE Customer Service at 021-2927 8888 or email customercare@jne.co.id.

Shipping Process

-  Orders are processed on weekdays only (Monday – Friday, 08:00 to 17:00) and will be sent within 1-2 days after we receive your payment to allow us to check your payment, do quality control of your merchandise, and pack your order before we ship them on the next day.

-  Payment received on weekends and holidays will be checked on the next business day. A slight delay might occur during public holidays.

-  Allow 2-3 business days after shipment for JABODETABEK delivery, or 5-7 business days Nationwide.

For product repair within one-year warranty after purchase date

-  You are required to pay shipping on your product repair sent to us and returned to you.

-  Please e-mail our customer service first at info@dapoza.com (see ‘Warranty’) to get product repair approval before sending us anything.
